Why are muscles growing weak?

I've tried but fallen down again

No one can hear me on the floor
Screaming into rooms next door
Hearing voices inside of me
They scream for help so silently

I blacked out but couldn't tell
Where's my heart or body cells
Waking up near cold white beds
Tears from eyes soon start to shed

What just happened?; I wonder why
Why people soon did cry
I think my mother finally spoke

MuteI rip out my vocal cords
One at a time
With no disregard towards
The blood and gore I'm

Getting on my rotting palms
No one cares anyways
They wouldn't care if I was dropping bombs
They're too wrapped up in their own days

Why make myself mute
Now they can't hear me complain
About my oh so very cute
And insignificant pain

Now they won't need
To suffer anymore
They will be freed
From me, only a constant sore

For All of the HeartsFor all the hearts who have been broken
That have had to buy rounds of duct tape to mend
Tears that have been wrought on souls that do not hear
That have had to wear masks of smiles and hearts to hide
And especially for those whose hearts still sing

I feel the pain others sense.
I touch the inner tears we hide.
I worry that individuals are in agony.
I cry for those who hide in a crowd.

I understand not everyone can be blissful.
I say it is something the whole world should fight for.
I dream of a life full of smiles.
I admire those who strive to help these peop

Paper ButterfliesA cut, a tear, a fold,
slice of color and a cut or two,
and another paper butterfly is born.

IV drips in the hand
keeping everything in place
while the cuts and tears and folds
keeps going on.

The Crystals and the StrangerI climbed a tall ladder,
To sit on the sun,
But the devil laughed,
And tossed me to the moon.
So I sat there for a long time,
Cold and alone.
And a passing cloud,
Handed me crystals,
"It's not a solution,
But definitely an escape,
If only for a little while."
And the crystals grew inside me,
Turning me inside out,
Rushing through my veins,
And creating,
A ravenous addiction,
To those glass-cut crystals.
But the crashes were the worst,
They tore me apart,
Ripped open my insides,
Then put them back in.
A passerby once stopped,
Just to watch me scream,
At least that's what I thought.

And wrote me some

Writing TherapyWith nicotine-stained lungs,
Tear-smudged cheeks
And her heart on her sleeves.
With star-like eyes,
And sin-kissed lips.
She pours her soul into meaningless scripts.
With her head buried in the clouds,
She screams her thoughts aloud.
She wastes her entire afternoons,
To write words that dance to a soundless tune.
Writing makes her feel more alive,
And is why all those painful nights,
She has survived.

GuiltLowering your gaze,
Avoids recognition.
Hands in pockets,
Smudges fingerprints.

Not speaking a word,
Locks in dark thoughts.
Walking away,
Won't get you caught.

Water and soap,
Sends blood down the drain.
Cleaning up evidence,
Erases the memories.

Burying the body,
Quiets the soul.
Obituaries,
Mean its all over.

Curling in corners,
Keeps you hidden.
Stabbing yourself,
Makes up for what you did.

And you're reborn anew,
Yesterday's a street behind.
You can travel an open dirt road,
To smiling faces and brighter places.

You think you're so damn clever,
But I know what you did.

I'm the leech sucking your blood,

daisies
lay upon your grave
why to cry
why to wait
you still could not be saved

FamilyI was looking
for a family to love me
but I realize
I already have one
in every friend who'd be there
for me when I want to cry
and everyone who loves me
for who I am.

and I was looking
for a home,
but I realized a home is
wherever I feel loved
and safe.

My childhood home is here
these city streets
and I will find more homes
and my family will grow
as I do
and I will never feel empty
or cold,
because I have warmth and joy
all around me
just waiting for me to reach out
and find the parents
aunts, uncles,
brothers and sisters
who don't know that they love me
yet.

Even my poetry is based on what i feel inside.. Actually, every maker of anything really has a touch of himself inside of it.. This ain't bad i can say, but it would be better for you if you added something like:
"but i'm looking to change this, this won't be my problem anymore"
Just suggesting, even did that to one of my art, changed it on purpace cause i want that cind of positive change in my life!

Anyway, great job
